Gwalchmai Surgery during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

We have had to make some changes to our working practices in response to safety guidelines:

Our doors are locked but our phone lines are open as usual for advice and medication requests.

Telephone consultations are available with our clinicians. Only attend the surgery for an appointment if you have been asked to by a clinician.

Please post all repeat medication requests through the surgery letterbox. You can also order repeats online via My Health Online (MHOL), via email [email protected], or if you are isolating and don’t have access to the internet, for a restricted time during the coronavirus outbreak you can phone the surgery on 01407 720202. Repeats are taking 3-4 working days to process and at the moment pick ups are continuing at Gwalchmai or Bryngwran surgery or to a local pharmacy as per your usual preference.

If you need to come to the surgery to collect medication please knock on the surgery door and stand behind the markings on the concrete, someone will attend to you. Please can we request that social distancing is observed by staying at least two metres form anyone else if more that one person is waiting at the surgery door.
