Home Visits

Please make requests for a home visit to reception, before 10.30am if possible. If you can give some information on the patient’s symptoms to the receptionist, this may help the doctor to decide the degree of urgency. The doctor will be in contact as soon as possible. Home visits are for people who need to see the doctor face-to-face, who do not need an emergency response such as an ambulance, and who cannot travel to the surgery. If you are well enough to leave the house, please do so.

A doctor is always available for emergencies. During opening hours call Reception and mention that it is an emergency.  Outside our opening hours please use the NHS 111 service.

NHS 111 Service

You can call 111 for free access to urgent out-of-hours care and round-the-clock medical support and guidance. This number is free to call and combines the services previously offered by NHS Direct Wales and the GP Out of Hours service.

Further information about NHS 111 Wales can be found on the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board website: https://bcuhb.nhs.wales/services/health-services1/where-do-i-go/nhs-111-wales/nhs-111-wales1/

Dispensing Service

We provide dispensing services from both surgeries to those of our patients who have requested we provide their medicines. You can send someone else to pick up and sign for your medication. You will need to tell us which surgery you want to collect from. We are not allowed to dispense to people who live close to pharmacies, including residents of Rhosneigr, Valley, Rhostrehwfa and Llangefni
